52docs / 23 - Women who hear music in their heads

Our next film is a little early because for the next few days you can watch it for free.

If you’re not familiar with the work of pioneers like Daphne Oram and Delia Derbyshire, you’re in for a treat.

Some of the other women featured are new to me. I sense the opening of some wonderful musical rabbit holes.

Tenuous link between our last film and this one - Bruce Weber (fashion photographer) and Laurie Anderson (creative legend and narrator of this film) each made documentaries about their dogs.
